Service Requirements & Conditions

• You agree to provide accurate vehicle information and ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
• Severe vehicle conditions (excessive dirt, pet hair, flood damage, etc.) may require additional fees or service refusal.

Pricing & Payment

• Quoted prices apply to standard conditions; additional conditions may incur extra cost.
• Payment is required at or before service completion.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or unsuitable conditions.

Cancellation & No-Shows

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
• No-shows may be charged in full.

Liability

• We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, after-care neglect, or personal items left in the vehicle.
• Our obligation is limited to providing the detailing service as described.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of our service constitutes acceptance.
